Payment Terms

• We require a 50% payment upfront before commencing any work. The balance amount is payable upon delivery of the service.
• The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

• Before Work Commencement: If you decide to cancel your order before we start working on it, you will not be eligible for a refund of the advance payment.
• After Work Commencement: If you decide to cancel the service after we have started working on it, you will be required to pay for the work completed up to the point of cancellation. The advance payment will be applied toward this cost, and any outstanding balance must be paid within 14 days of cancellation.

Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable Advance Payment: The initial 50% advance payment is non-refundable, as it covers the initial project setup and resource allocation.
• Completed Work: In the event of a dispute or cancellation, you are obligated to pay for the work that has been completed. We will provide you with an itemized statement of work completed up to the point of cancellation.
• No Refunds on Completed Services: Once the service is delivered and accepted by you, no refunds will be issued.

Dispute Resolution

• In case of a dispute regarding the quality of our services or any other issue, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing any legal action.
• You agree to pay for all work completed up to the point of the dispute. The advance payment will be applied towards this cost, and any outstanding balance must be settled.
